Combat Timer ("we", "our", or "the app") is a round timer application built for combat sports training. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Combat Timer does not collect or store any personal information on our own servers.

This data is collected and processed by Google and RevenueCat in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We do not sell this data to third parties.
Combat Timer Pro subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store. Neither Combat Timer nor RevenueCat ever sees or stores your payment card details — Apple handles the transaction and only shares your purchase and subscription status (not payment details) with RevenueCat.
All workout data, settings, and preferences you create in the app are stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to any server. Your Combat Timer Pro subscription status is the one exception: it is verified with Apple and RevenueCat's servers so Pro features work correctly and can be restored if you reinstall the app or switch devices.

The one exception is your Combat Timer Pro subscription status, which is stored by Apple and by RevenueCat (our subscription management provider) so your Pro access can be verified and restored across app reinstalls or devices.
Combat Timer uses the following third-party services:
Google AdMob — to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. Before any personalised ads are shown, you will be asked for permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.
Google Firebase Analytics — to collect anonymous usage data such as which features are used and how long training sessions last. This data is used solely to improve the app and is never sold to third parties.
RevenueCat — to manage and verify Combat Timer Pro subscription purchases made through the App Store. RevenueCat receives your purchase and subscription status from Apple (never your payment details) along with an anonymous app user identifier, so the app can determine whether Combat Timer Pro is active and let you restore your subscription on other devices. You can opt out of personalised ads at any time via Settings → Privacy on your iOS device.

Audio — to play bell sounds and voice cues during training sessions. Audio is played locally using files bundled with the app. No audio data is recorded or transmitted.
Vibration — to provide haptic feedback at phase transitions. This permission does not grant access to any personal data.
Screen wake lock — to keep your screen on during training sessions. This does not access any personal data.
Combat Timer displays advertisements via Google AdMob. On iOS 14 and later, you will be asked for permission to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies. This permission is used to show you more relevant ads.
If you decline tracking permission, you will still see ads but they will not be personalised based on your activity.
You can change your tracking preference at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iOS device.
Combat Timer does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app contains no age-restricted content and is suitable for all ages. Since we collect no personal data from any user, no special handling for children's data is required.
Since Combat Timer stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit any data to external servers, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend keeping your device and operating system up to date.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Combat Timer does not collect or store personal data such as your name, email address, or payment details on external servers. All workout data stored on your device can be removed at any time by uninstalling the app.
With regard to data collected by Google AdMob, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data directly from Google. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for instructions on how to exercise these rights.
With regard to subscription and purchase data held by RevenueCat, you have the right to request access to or deletion of that data by contacting us at the email address below, or directly via RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
You can manage or cancel your Combat Timer Pro subscription at any time via Settings app → your name → Subscriptions on your iOS device, or via Manage Subscription inside Combat Timer's own Settings screen.
If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data we and our providers process is limited to what's described in this policy, and these rights are respected by the design of our app and its providers.
