NeonSolitaire ("the App") is developed by Digital Diamonds ("we", "us"). We built NeonSolitaire to be playable without creating an account and without collecting personal information. This page explains what data is and isn't handled when you play.
We do not require you to register or sign in, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifiers through the App itself.
Your game progress, best scores, and preferences (such as sound and music
settings) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage
(UserDefaults). This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to
us, and is removed automatically if you delete the App.
NeonSolitaire displays ads served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process technical information such as device identifiers, approximate location, and app usage data, in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control this processing and do not receive personal data from it.
You can learn more about how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/privacy and manage ad personalization for your Apple device in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising / Tracking.
NeonSolitaire does not integrate Game Center, social login, or any third‑party account system. There is no multiplayer or online leaderboard functionality.
NeonSolitaire is a general‑audience card game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
We do not sell your data. Beyond the advertising processing described above, NeonSolitaire does not share data with third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
